Profile & Account
Viewing Your Profile
On the top left corner, click on your name to see your account details:
- Full name
- Email address
- Gender (if set)
- Phone number (if set)
- Active subscription plan (school accounts only)

Editing Your Profile
From the Profile screen, tap Edit Profile.
Update any of the following fields and tap Submit:

Your email address cannot be changed from the profile screen. Contact support at info@classbuddy.io if you need to update your email.
Switching Schools
If your account is linked to more than one school, you can switch between them from the menu.
Tap the school name to select it. The app will reload with the classes, students, and settings for the selected school. Your permissions may differ between schools depending on the role assigned to you by each school's admin.
Logging Out
Open the menu and tap Logout. You'll be returned to the login screen.
Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. All your data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
If you are a school admin, deleting your account will also remove your school and all associated data including classes, students, and schedules. Make sure to export any data you need before proceeding.
